Discounts: An Early Order Discount of 5% is available for orders booked at least 15 weeks in advance of the ship date. The early order discount is reflected in the unit price charged. A prompt payment discount of 5% applies to orders of 50,000 or more cuttings per ship date or combined orders of 1,000,000 cuttings per season if the invoices for these shipments are paid within 30 days. The prompt payment discount is indicated on the invoice at the time of billing and is applicable to cutting costs only. Royalties, freight charges and document preparation fees are not discounted.

Freight Charges: A $83.75 per box freight and import fee will be charged to all orders shipping to the United State and Canada. All other shipments are F.O.B. San Jose, Costa Rica. A re-icing fee of $2.50 is charged per box from May through September.

Canada Shipments Only: Shipments to Canada will be charged a $100.00 document preparation fee per order shipped. Canadian clearing fees and GST are additional. The clearance broker will charge these fees directly to the customer.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be received in our office no later then one week prior to customer's requested ship date.

New Guinea Impatiens Top Cutting Policy: One top cutting can be taken per New Guinea Impatiens cutting purchased. McGregor Plant Sales must be notified of buyers intent to do this prior to shipment. Two royalties will be charged per cutting sold.

Labels: Florexpo does not provide labels with their unrooted cuttings, except in the cases noted below. Labels for many of the patented items in our unrooted cutting program are available from Master Tag and John Henry. Product information regarding these labels is available from your McGregor Plant Sales Representative. Many of the breeders with whom we work allow our customers to print their own labels providing the appropriate information is included. Photographs for many of the patented items are available on request should you choose to do this.

Vinca Wojos Jem Royalty/Marketing Fee & Labels: Growers who single stick Vinca Wojos Jem will be charged one royalty/marketing fee per cutting purchased. Growers who double stick Vinca Wojos Jem will be charged one royalty/marketing fee for every two cuttings purchased. Labels for this item will be drop shipped by Master Tag the week cuttings are shipped to the customer. The tags for this item are included in the royalty/marketing fee.

Coreposis Sundancer Labels: Labels for this item will be drop shipped by the Breeder the week cuttings are shipped to the customer. The tags for this item are included in the royalty/label fee.

Claims: All claims, credits or adjustments, for any reason, must be made to McGregor Plant Sales, in writing, within forty-eight hours of receipt of cuttings. McGregor Plant Sales acknowledges a warranty, to the extent of purchase only, that all nursery stock is sold true as described within recognized trade tolerances. McGregor Plant Sales gives no other warranty, expressed or implied, and will in no way be responsible for more than the invoice value at the time of purchase.

Payment Terms and Discounts: Our terms are net 30 days, unless otherwise prearranged. If credit has not been established, Cash in advance or credit card payments are accepted. Finance charges of 2% per month will be assessed to delinquent accounts. Legal fees and court expenses will be included in all claims. Resale card is required to be on file for all customers.
